At the time of the arrest, Rraja had a pistol in his belt, as was seen in the images published by the police themselves.

Rraja was declared an international wanted man and there is a security measure against him in prison in absentia for the assassination of former prosecutor Arjan Ndoj.

The authorities said that the 30-year-old man, since the moment he was declared wanted, had not left the country at any time, but was hiding in the "Durrës-Lezhë-Tirana" triangle.
