Journalist Elton Qyno found himself in an unprecedented situation yesterday. BKH officers have seized his personal belongings, such as phones, computers and some USBs due to an investigation that SPAK has launched to reveal the investigative secret.

Today, he spoke about this issue on the show Breaking with Fiori Dardha on Top News and confessed the terror practiced by SPAK prosecutors.

" It was a request from one of the officers of the BKH that I appear in connection with an order to prohibit the publication of investigative acts and I accepted. After entering SPAK, they told me that I should be interrogated. I gave my explanations and then I was given a restraining order on the publication of investigative reports. Then the situation got complicated, because the officers and the prosecutor of the case requested that my two phones be seized, on the grounds that an investigation has been launched to reveal investigative secrets. I did not have the phones and refused to hand them over. They insisted, went to court and asked for a court order to physically search me, my car, my house and the office where I work. The two computers were seized, 7-8 USBs and my two phones were also found ", said Qyno.

 The journalist also said that he was subjected to psychological pressure all the time.

" It is also worrying for our community, because today it happened to me and tomorrow it could happen to another colleague. This is a case that must be seen and monitored in all instruments of legal or illegal actions of SPAK.

Regarding the investigative investigation that he has released, Qyno said: " I have personally released some materials related to the SKY conversations of the communications of various individuals from the world of crime, but also the communications made by Nuredin Dumani, that all the journalists of they have It is not ethical at all to ask a journalist about where he found the source. I have communicated to the prosecutors that it is not my duty to show where I got the materials and the people I am in contact with. This is an unprecedented case and I don't remember a second case.

Qyno says that he no longer owns any of the evidence he had, although many other journalists also have it: " I currently do not have the phones and computers, both work and home, but these materials have already spread, it is not that I only have them and the publication of materials will start again.

Asked by the moderator who cares about the non-publication of these materials, he says that " SPAK cares, because according to them some of these materials have not been read and reviewed and the matter is still under investigation." Their argument is that as long as SPAK has not revealed them yet, the media cannot reveal them and in a way they have achieved their goal of not coming out, but in Albania nothing remains undiscovered and one moment it will go out.

Of course there are names, but I haven't really read them all, although I have read some. I believe that there is, but of course the context of the conversations and the dynamics should also be seen.
