Only one day after the presentation of Elisa Spiropali as the political leader of the SP for Shkodra comes the first resignation.

It is about the director of the Local Education Office Shkodër Sindis Kopliku. In a long reaction, Kopliku says that "after the birth of my second daughter, I have decided not to return to duty, after the maternity leave".

She says that she will continue her contribution in another task which allows her to do both, the blessing of motherhood and the service to the city.

But Ora Neës learns that a few days ago most of the directors of PS Shkodër have signed their resignations, this as a request of the leaders of the branch and the former political leader of the district.

Koplik becomes the first to make it official. Other changes are expected.

It was a pleasure, the visit of the President of the Republic of Albania, Sh.TZ, Bajram Begaj, to the city of Shkodra, on this ceremonial day for the well-known, elite Gymnasium, "November 28".

I could not be absent as Director of ZVA Shkodër, even to complete my mission at the head of this institution. After the birth of my second daughter, I have decided not to return to work after maternity leave.

I am very satisfied with the opportunity given and the work done during the period that I had the privilege of leading this institution where:

- Good management of human resources, ensuring continuous professional growth

- Success in the external evaluation process of students. The undisputed process of the State Matura.

- Maximum respect for educational reforms through the portal "Teachers for Albania"

- Inclusion of students through the provision of services with assistant teachers.

Thanks go to the Minister of Education, who with excellent policies has made education today more qualitative, more open and transparent. I want to continue by thanking the head of DRAP Lezhë, who is more in Shkodër than in Lezhë, following our problems to optimize the education system in the city.

The office of ZVA Shkodër is not a 8:00-16:00 job and anyone connected with education understands the commitment required to give what Shkodra, the cradle of culture, expects and deserves.

Since it is impossible for me to devote myself entirely to this very important position for generations due to family commitments, I have decided not to return to this demanding position, continuing my contribution in another task which allows me to do both. the blessing of motherhood and service to the city.

I thank you all for your excellent cooperation and understanding of my decision as a mother and as a woman of this city. I'm glad we live in a time where we find support for decisions that put family first.
