A 58-year-old man who had been reported missing for six days was found dead in the waters of the Buna River in Shkodër.

According to the police, his wife had reported that he had lost all contact with him since January 8.

Meanwhile, the police clarifies that during the search by the family members, the wheelchair used by this citizen and the mobile phone were found near the Buna river bridge.

"On 14.01.2023, in the waters of the Buna River, the diving services of FNSH Shkodër have found the lifeless body of a citizen, who is suspected to be 58-year-old NN, a resident of the neighborhood "Ndoc Mazi", Shkodër.

For citizen NN, on 08.01.2023, his wife filed a complaint about the loss of contact with him. During the inspection by the family members, the wheelchair used by this citizen and the mobile phone were found near the Buna river bridge," the police say.
