A 30-year-old man in Boga was arrested after he was building four structures without permission in a protected area.

It is suspected that the constructions he was making aimed at profiting from tourism.

2 vehicles used for transporting inerts are seized.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.

Police notification:

The services of the Malësi e Madhe Police Commissariat, during field checks, have found that works were being carried out to build 4 buildings in a protected area, in Bogë, without the relevant permit.

Following the investigative and procedural actions for this case, the AB citizen, 30 years old, was arrested in the act, as it is suspected that he had built 4 wooden structures on concreted platforms, with the aim of adding facilities for the accommodation of tourists visiting the area.
