The police have clarified the incident of yesterday evening in Librazhd, where 35-year-old Shpëtim Skura was injured with a firearm, where the author of the incident was 27-year-old Albi Biçaku, who fired a pistol from his car towards the cafe.

But, according to the Police, Skura was not the target of the assassination, as Biçak was going to kill another person who had a conflict with his brother.

"From the investigative actions, it is suspected that around 18:00, the RB citizen (brother of the AB citizen) had a physical conflict with the RH citizen. Then, the AB citizen went to the bar where the RH citizen was standing, fired a firearm at the table where he was sitting and as a result the citizen Sh. S. was accidentally injured in the leg, who is out of danger for his life." it is stated in the Police announcement.

The police have arrested the author's brother Albi Biçaku, citizen RB, 33 years old, resident of Librazhd, for the criminal offenses "Manufacture and illegal possession of weapons, military weapons and ammunition" and "Manufacture and sale of narcotics". 

"The arrest of the 33-year-old man was made after during the search in the apartment and in the store shared with the brother who was wanted as the perpetrator of the injury, the police services found and seized 1 firearm, a pistol, 1 mold with explosives programmed for detonation in range, 1 automatic magazine, 1 pistol comb, 136 rounds and about 560 rounds of cannabis." it is stated in the Police announcement.    

The search for the arrest of Albi Biçak is still ongoing. The materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Elbasan, for further action.
