Nikoll Radaçi, the perpetrator of the accident that killed 2 children, is expected to appear in court today for a security measure.

The serious incident occurred at noon on May 4 in neighborhood no. 15 of Durrës. 3 children were playing with a ball on the sidewalk when Radaçi, who was driving drunk, overtook them at breakneck speed.

2 of them, Enea Muçaj, 12 years old, and Klersi Nikolli, 10 years old, died, while the other 8-year-old child managed to survive, but with serious injuries.

It turns out that the police forgave the problematic driver 4 years ago, when his license was suspended for only 1 month for speeding, while according to the Highway Code, it should have been revoked for at least 8 months.
