Under the charge of "Cleaning the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", the Durrës Prosecutor's Office sends for trial the citizens of GS, SS, RK and "GS" Sh.pk 1.5 million euros of seized property and assets

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Durrës General Jurisdiction, at the end of the preliminary investigation, sent for trial the criminal proceedings against the defendants:

1. Legal Person: "GS" Sh.pk, administered by GS;

2. GS citizenship;

3. SS citizen; AND

4. RK citizen

All the above persons are accused of having committed the criminal offense "Cleaning the products of criminal offense or criminal activity" (committed according to letter "d" of paragraph "1" and in cooperation) provided by article 287 pgr. 2 of the Criminal Code.

As a result of the investigation, the criminal offense for which they have been accused has been proven, and the prosecutor's office has requested that the criminal proceedings against the defendants GS, SS, RK and the legal entity "GS" sh.pk be sent to court.

In view of this investigation, with decision no. 221, dated 08.06.2021 of the Court of First Instance of Durrës, the following assets have been seized:

1. Shares of the company "GS" sh.pk with the activity "Import Export, trade in cars, trucks, etc" with headquarters in Durrës with sole partner and administrator citizen GS;

2. 13 vehicles owned by the trading company "GS" sh.pk;

3. Property of the apartment type, with a size of 48.4 m2, in the name of the citizen GS and SH;

4. Property of the apartment type, with a size of 330 m2, in the name of the citizen GS and SH;

5. Property with address Hamalla, with an area of ​​12,710 m2, M.Gj, which is owned by citizen GS;

6. Property of the Arê type, with the address Hamalla, with an area of ​​7890 m2, in the name of the citizen AL, which was purchased by the citizen GS;

7. The property declared for legalization, in the name of the citizen GS, 3-storey building, with a construction area of ​​140 m2, built on a plot of land of 500 m2;

8. The property declared for legalization, in the name of the SS citizen, with a construction area of ​​140 m2, built on a plot of land of 500 m2;

9. Property of the building type residential building 2 floors + garage, with 115 m2 ground floor, 116 m2 first floor and 54 m2 garage, in the name of the RK citizen, registered with legalization permit;

10. Property of the building type, with an area of ​​54 m2, in the name of the RK citizen; AND

11. Property of the apartment type, with an area of ​​111.4 m2, in the name of the citizen RK and LK
