New details have emerged regarding the assassination attempt on 42-year-old Armand Babaj in the early hours of this morning on the Shkodër-Vau i Deja road.
Armand Babaj is from Mjeda, Municipality of Vau i Deja, and he returned from England to Albania only two months ago. Babaj himself reported the assassination to the police, while he testified that he did not manage to see the perpetrator who fired a firearm at his car.
Fortunately, there was only minor material damage from the shooting. So it is reported that there are bullet marks in the car, while the cartridges have not been found yet. Babaj turns out to be a person without a criminal record. The police are working to clarify the incident.
