SPAK was represented by two prosecutors, Ols Dado and Altin Dumani.

Erion Veliaj has made a statement of non-appearance and requests representation from lawyer Plarent Ndreca.

Also present was the lawyer Valentina Todorescu.

Veliaj sent a letter to the court stating that he was reading the file sent to him at the Durrës Penitentiary and would then appear in person at the hearing.
