The fatal accident of the morning of September 23 in the place called "Mbikalimi i Patoku" where Lule Deda lost his life, continues to remain without a perpetrator.

The driver of the vehicle has not yet been identified. He left the scene after hitting the 54-year-old, leaving her body between the traffic dividers. Amidst the great pain that this event has caused, the family members of the 54-year-old woman appeal to the police to identify the cause of the accident.

The sister of the 54-year-old, Leonora Dedaj, calls on the author of the accident to surrender after taking the life of a man and leaving him on the street.

"I only ask for her justice, he was not stopped. He left her crushed in the middle of the road. At least he should have stopped, like a man when he crushes a dog, he stops. Accidents happen, but at least he should be interested in who he killed, is he dead or not dead. No one has been made alive. I only ask the state for justice, for the disclosure of this event. If a person has a heart, a soul, at least, ask for forgiveness. You have killed a person." Lule Deda's sister told News 24.

54-year-old Lule Deda was found dead in the space between the traffic dividers on the Tirana-Lezhë road axis. It was hit by the vehicles passing on this axis, the driver of which did not stop after the incident. The police have also seized the footage of the security cameras on this road in order to identify and arrest the perpetrator.
