The Court of Tirana has ordered prison terms for 4 people who were caught by the police, as part of the "Pandora's Box" operation. Over 6 kg of cocaine and heroin were seized, as well as large sums of money and vehicles, while Brikena, Frakulli, Hortenca Biçaku, Klevi Banushi and Artur Kristo were arrested.

Brikena Frakulli took all the responsibility saying that her son Klevi Banushi, who was also arrested, happened to be in the apartment.

"Whatever happened with the activity you accuse us of, I am responsible, the other arrested have nothing to do with this activity," said Frakulli, among other things.

The latter said that Hortenca Biçaku is the nanny of her 4-year-old daughter, while Artur Kristo is an employee of her farm, for which she did not provide detailed explanations of what activity he had.

The police were informed on the operative route that a criminal group was distributing strong drugs in bulk and in doses in different areas of the capital. Several weeks of investigations revealed the criminal activity and the respective roles of the members of the group, for which the prosecutor's office says that, among other things, it has provided data from wiretapping.

From the control exercised in the residences of citizens Brikena Frakulli and Artur Kristo, the Police found 6 kilograms of narcotics heroin and cocaine, where a part was divided into 1100 doses ready for sale.

All in all, 83,555 euros, 420,000 new lek, 2 vehicles, 2 motorcycles, 3 electronic scales and 4 mobile devices were found and seized. The prosecution says that at the head of the activity was Brikena Frakulli, who provided the narcotics in large quantities and then supplied the distributors in doses.

The 40-year-old woman has also been prosecuted and convicted for the same criminal offenses in the past, namely in 2015. The police have also identified the main supplier, but because the operation is ongoing, his name is kept secret.
