The fate of the much-wanted Talo Çela, wanted for several different criminal offenses, continues to remain a mystery.

Panorama  writes that throughout recent times, Çela was involved in a conflict with the so-called "Dubai Group". Recently, Çela had started to draw up a plan to be protected from them and it is suspected that he has started to create his own group.

He has retired by severing ties with the members of this group so that they do not eliminate him.

This remains police information provided in the operational way by the teams of the General Directorate of the State Police and that of the Police of Elbasan.

Çela is the main suspect for a series of murders and robberies in the country, including the robbery at Rinas airport. His name also appeared in the testimony of the repentant justice Nuredin Dumani, who implicates him in several serious crimes.
