The young woman, who was tortured and held hostage by her co-habitant for about 1 week, has recounted the moments before Gleard Gusholli's cousin rescued her from his hands.

The 28-year-old told the media that he had stripped her and then put her in the shower to suffocate her and when his cousin managed to get in, she found him naked.

28-year-old woman : I have not spoken to his family members. The day Olta (Gleard's cousin) came to help me, she put her fingers in my throat about 15 times because she wanted to strangle me.
