Vin Diesel 's former assistant filed a lawsuit today in Los Angeles alleging that the Fast & Furious star, whose real name is Mark Sinclair, sexually assaulted her while she was working for him in the fall of 2010, during shooting of "Fast Five".
Diesel's attorney, Bryan Freedman, said this is the first time his client has heard such an allegation and denies the assistant's claim that she was only employed for 9 days.
"Let me be very clear, Vin Diesel categorically denies this allegation in its entirety. This is the first time he has ever heard of this more than 13-year-old claim made by an alleged 9-day employee. There is clear evidence that completely refutes these outlandish claims,” said the famous actor's lawyer.
Asta Jonasson claims in the lawsuit that the actor tied her to a wall while he performed a sexual act on himself. She claims his company fired her a few hours after the incident.
Jonasson's lawsuit, which was filed in Los Angeles on Thursday, alleges the sexual assault took place at Atlanta's St. Regis hotel during the filming of Fast Five.
The lawsuit states that he screamed and ran to the bathroom in his hotel suite, the movie star backed him against the wall with his body and performed a sexual act on himself.
