Deceiving foreigners to invest in fictitious stock exchanges, handcuffs to 5

5 people have been arrested by the Tirana police, after deceiving foreign citizens, over the phone, to invest in fictitious stock exchanges.

5 others, owners and operators of the Call Center, where this criminal activity was carried out, are also wanted. 

As a result of this operation, Saimir Lita, Gertin Qinami, Bajram Hoxha, Aldo Margjoni and Francesco Cecere, five residents of Tirana, were arrested in the act.

NOTICE

The foreign nationals: RF, DF, UF, CN and FS (owners and operators of the call center entity) were also declared wanted. 

The investigative actions showed that the arrested citizens were employed in a call center entity and in cooperation with the wanted citizens, called foreign citizens, presented themselves as sales agents and through fraud, convinced them to invest in the fictitious stock market. Forex.  

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further procedural actions.
