Released from Ballist Morina prison

The Court of Appeal in Durrës has decided the full release of Ismail Morin, known as Ballist Morin. 

It was the Appeal judge Anita Mici who decided the full release for Ismail Morin, who had left the cell a few months ago, but was under investigation in a free state.

He was arrested a few months ago by the police of Kukës, as he was coming from Kosovo after he had not served 5 months of prison for carrying weapons without a permit.

Ballist Morina became famous after flying the drone with the Albanian flag in Belgrade. 

The charge against Morina was that of carrying a weapon without a permit, for which he was arrested in Durrës in 2015 and was investigated after three months in a free state.
