The application was one of the first innovations that the "Renaissance" government propagated as Albania's digital age, and it would be followed by many other services that went "online".

But although these "online" services seem to have their problems from time to time, when it comes to the Digital Commissariat, the application does not work at all.

Dozens of citizens have reported that they are unable to upload photos or send messages through the application, while a message appears that apparently suggests that the application now has neither a "server" nor a "host", which means that it has been completely abandoned. .
