Nuredin Dumani, who also holds the status of a repentant justice, spoke at this Tuesday's session at the GJKKO , where he answered several questions from Henrik Hoxhaj's lawyer, Gentian Rumano.

Dumani also recounted an episode with the late police officer Dritan Lame, who, as the repentant justice official says, raped him.

"I was in prison the first time and when I got out of prison, it was one of the police officers from police station 6, it was Dritan Lame, who raped me. I had told him to remember what I do when I get out. He was killed before I got out of prison," Dumani said.

Gentian Rumano, Henrik Hoxhaj's lawyer : How did you meet Henrik Hoxhaj?

Dumani : I met him at Festim Qoli's birthday party in Fush-Studen with drums and music, that's how he used to celebrate birthdays. We ate, drank, danced while Henriku was asleep most of the time because he was high. That's where I met him physically for the first time, I knew him as a drug addict and a drunkard.

Lawyer:  Did you see this moment before?

Dumani:  I saw him once at Festim Qoli's bar, he was wanted for murder at the time. I went there because I was told there was a fight and I went there, but I didn't know it was Henriku.

Dumani:  I was in prison the first time and I got out of prison, it was one of the police officers from police station 6, it was Dritan Lame, who raped me. I had told him to remember what I do when I get out. He was killed before I got out of prison. I heard about Henrik from Festim Qoli.

Lawyer : What was the reason why police officer Dritan Lame beat you?

Dumani : Yes, we have told each other.

Lawyer:  Specifically for which events?

Dumani:  For the two years that Henriku and I have been together, we have to stay here for a long time, one of the events that I have told him was the murder of Fatmira Deda. I can't remember anything else at the moment.

Lawyer:  You don't answer my question, did you tell Henrik other events?

Dumani:  I remember this, but when I was with Henrik, we didn't have much time to talk about past events because we had so many things on our hands.

Lawyer:  Have you received an order from someone that you wanted to carry out but couldn't carry out?

Dumani:  I received the orders when I made the payment or half of the payment.

Lawyer : Do you remember asking Henrik to perform an event and you didn't do it?

Dumani:  I call it an attempt when I received the payment, but we were just having meaningless conversations.

Lawyer:  Have you stated all the events in court?

Dumani:  You have heard what I have stated here, I have stated it elsewhere.

Lawyer:  Were there other people?

Dumani:  Festim Qoli was also there, when we had conversations, we were at my house, later also at a lunch in Peqin, me, Skredi Tase and Henrik Hoxhaj.

Dumani : Before 2020, I only worked in one village in Berat.

Lawyer:  How did you meet Erjon Alibey?

Dumani : I met and got to know him through Eljo Bitri and he brought up the topic of the murders in Elbasan and they suspected me. Eljo Bitri told me that they suspected that I was involved in the Bradashesh massacre of December 2018. After a few days I met Elio Bitri's cousin, he knew a lot of things and I explained to him that I had no connection to that event. I then met with Eljo Bitri and Arjan Spahiu, Erjon Alibej was there but I had the impression that he was older, but he was the same age as me. We stayed for two hours and I explained that I had no connection to the Bradashesh event.
