Cases of blackmail and threats through social networks have become a major concern for our society today. Such is the case broadcast on Fiks Fare on Monday evening, where a girl from Lezha is blackmailed by a boy with whom she had been writing for a week on social networks.

Even though 4 years have passed since this communication, the harassment and blackmail still continues. For this reason, the girl turns to Fiks Fare as she finds it impossible to find justice in the Lezha police, since the stalker is the son of a policeman.

"Four years ago, I communicated for about a week on social networks with this guy and then I closed the communication with him, but to this day, with these conversations, he blackmails me by sending them to my family and my husband", says the whistleblower. 

She claims that from the moment she told him that they would no longer talk, he threatened to make their conversations public if he did not give her 2,000 euros.

When asked by Fiksi journalists why she did not go to the police, the girl said that she went several times to file a report. But the denunciation was not kept by the police, since the boy whose father she will accuse is a policeman. It is about Blerim Bushgjoka, the son of the policeman Pal Bushgjoka.

The whistleblower says that she met the policeman Pal Bushgjoka himself and that the latter told her that he will solve this case, but the blackmails still continue. With different fake addresses, Blerimi writes to the complainant's family asking them to make the girl talk to him or else he will release the conversations. Not only for the girl, but also for her family members, the situation has become very disturbing and they cannot find a solution.

Equipped with a hidden camera, the informant goes to the Lezhë Police Station. In the presence of judicial police officers, the young woman explains the situation and tells them that the person in question is the son of policeman Pal Bushgjoni. As soon as they hear the colleague's name, one of the OPGJs gets up and says that she will take him on the phone.

Pra ndërkohë që është duke u bërë një denoncim, oficerja njofton kolegun  djali i të cilit po akuzohet. Por e keqa vjen pas telefonatës. Oficerja  pas komunikimit me kolegun Pal Bushgjoni, i drejtohet denoncueses se është faji i saj pasi ka komunikuar me djalin rreth një javë në rrjetet sociale.  Duke mohuar që shantazhuesi është djali i kolegut të tyre, ata i drejtohen të resë se këto janë adresa fallco dhe se ajo nuk kishte shkuar herë tjetër në komisariat për të bërë denoncim.

Me ton kërcënues oficerja i thotë se nëse vajza  do bënte denoncim do t’i sekuestrohej telefoni. Vajza  e kundërshton këtë gjë edhe pse u thotë që u vë në dispozicion çdo bisedë me djalin, por aparatin telefonik  që kishte aktualisht në përdorim ishte i ri dhe nuk kishin shkëmbyer me të biseda.

Madje denoncuesja ka theksuar se bisedat nuk janë me të, por me shoqet dhe të afërmit e saj. Por as këto nuk u duken bindëse oficerëve për mos u lënë aty aparati telefonik. Në këto kushte vajza kërkon të konsultohet me të afërmit që e presin jashtë, por në këto momente njëra prej oficereve e mban me zor në ambientet e komisariatit dhe vendosin vetëm të kryejnë kqyrjen e aparatit celular.

Në moment që oficerja mban kallëzimin, vajzës i vjen një mesazh në telefon nga djali i policit i cili i shkruan “Dua të flas me vëllain tënd”. Vajza ia  tregon oficeres mesazhin dhe kjo e fundit i thotë që t’i shkruaj ta marri në telefon në ato momente.

Vajza ashtu bën , por nga ana tjetër e ekranit të telefonin lexohet kundërshtimi i djalit me motivin se është në punë dhe do e telefonojë më vonë. Dhe në po këto çaste njëjta oficere merr telefonin e saj personal dhe sërish del jashtë dhome për të kryer një telefonatë. Me rikthimin e saj në zyrë vazhdohet me marrjen e kallëzimit.

Blerim Bushgjoka djali i policit e pranon edhe vetë në një bisedë me vajzën që e ka shantazhuar për 4 vjet. Dhe se ka qenë në dijeni se ajo është paraqitur disa herë në komisariat për ta denoncuar dhe se një nga këto herë ka takuar edhe të atin e tij.
