The Minister of Health Ogerta Manastirliu reacted regarding the infection of a 1-year-old baby with HIV in the maternity hospital.

During the conference with journalists, Manasterliu said that the ministry is sympathetic to the reaction of parents, but the institution bases its work on the expertise of experts. Sakaq added that IMSHP has assessed that all protocols have been implemented within the health system.

"I want to say that we have the maximum sensitivity of the case. We understand the parents' reaction. As MOH, we base our work on the expertise of our experts. ISHP has assessed that the health protocols have been implemented in every link of the health system", declared the minister.
