The police of Tirana started the proceedings for a 47-year-old man, who filmed with sound and image the scene where a 40-year-old woman practices the illegal activity of prostitution, in a hotel in the middle of the residential neighborhood in the area of ​​Astir in the capital. The woman who appears in the footage is also under investigation.

The police have carried out the first actions, prosecuting the 40-year-old woman for "practicing prostitution" and the former hotel employee for "failing to report a crime.

The criminal activity, which is already being investigated by the police, seems to have escaped the eyes of the residents of the area, but after the publication of the case, they say that such activities in the residential community are disturbing.

The media contacted one of the employees who said that the hotel has never served as a place for prostitution and that his former colleague had been fired a long time ago.

"Look, the hotel had nothing to do with what's there, it's completely the work of the person responsible, the person who made the video, the hotel is not involved in this. He came to work for a long time, it's not like "He came today for tomorrow. The former employee has been fired," he said.

JOQ published a video where prostitution is allegedly practiced in the "Star" hotel in the Astir area of ​​the capital.

In a published video, which was made in secret by the hotel receptionist, and from the conversation with a girl, it is understood that it is about prostitution.

MB, 40 years old, protagonist of the video in the hotel, has been criminally prosecuted for the criminal offense of prostitution.

In the video, she recounted her experience with the client to the hotel receptionist as she told him that the latter only wanted to have anal sex.


In the reaction to JOQ, the woman in the video stated that she had gone to the hotel with her boyfriend, she was divorced and if she wanted to, she could change "100 boyfriends" without being accountable to anyone.

Regarding a case broadcast yesterday, on the "JOQ" portal, which is about a case of prostitution in a hotel in Tirana, we inform you that:

The specialists of the Traffic Investigation Section of DVP Tirana, after the release of the footage, organized the work for the complete documentation of this case, identification and bringing forward the legal responsibility of the citizens involved in this activity.

Following the actions, the specialists of the Traffic Investigation Section of DVP Tirana referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the criminal proceedings for the citizens began:

- MB, 40 years old, for the criminal offense "Prostitution";

- TS, 47 years old, former employee at the hotel where prostitution was allegedly practiced, for the criminal offense of "Discrediting the crime".

The investigative work continues to identify and bring to the fore the legal responsibility of other citizens involved in this illegal activity.

We remind you that in January of this year, a massage center was discovered in this area where prostitution was practiced. The center had been operating for a year in the 'Astir' area and was located inside the buildings, near the main road.
