Skerdi Tase continues his testimony at the Criminal Court of Kosovo, where he also spoke about the assassination attempt on Lulzim Masha in January 2022. Tase says that the person who ordered it had asked for his son's 'head', but because they could not find it, he had ordered the murder of his father.

He says that the moment he shot at him, his gun jammed again and Masha managed to leave by accelerating the vehicle.

They had promised 80 thousand euros for Masha's head, 40 for Tase and 40 for Henrik Hoxhaj. It is also known that during this time they had also received other 'orders' to kill Dine Çami and Oti Kile. 

" Then Henriku had another job. He had a photo of Lulzim Masha's son on his phone. For this event we got a motorbike and a gun, we couldn't find the son and Henriku told me that the orderer said that since you can't find him, kill the father. We knew the building where Lulzim Masha's son lived, in the former block. When we decided on the father, we let him do it on the way when he went to private school. During this time, we also had orders to kill Dine Çami and Oti Kile.

We decided that the motorcycle was not suitable for carrying out the murder and we took a Golf 4 from Nuredin. At this time we went to Kosovo, met Nuredin and talked about the incident. He gave us another pistol. In the pursuit of Lulzim Masha, a person named Ledi, a connection of Henrik, helped us, he kept him at the house, he would tell us if he went out or came. On the day of the incident, Henrik left me at the turn, I waited for Lulzim. As soon as I saw him, I shot him but my gun jammed. Lulzim gave him gas to go to school, I crossed the road, the highway to Liqeni i Thatë. Then we went to Fier, Henrik told me that he had found another job to kill a friend of "Ben Qime". To kill Lulzim Masha we were promised 80 thousand euros, 40 thousand me and 40 thousand Henrik ", stated Tase.
