The perpetrators of the murder of 19-year-old Erjon Xhenje in the Kiras neighborhood of Shkodra still remain a mystery even for the investigative group. Although the event took place in an area with many businesses, the security cameras did not spot the two perpetrators of this event who were masked and dressed in black.

The perpetrators are suspected to have been two people, one in the role of the motorcycle driver and one as the perpetrator who fired the gun. 7 cartridges were found at the crime scene and 5 pistol bullets were found in the victim's body.

The investigation group in a "mistake" of the perpetrators, leaving their traces in the crime weapon and the burnt engine which were found in the Guerrila neighborhood. For them, the answer of the laboratory analyzes is awaited.

For the murder of Erjon Xhenje, the investigative group currently has two lines of investigation, firstly in the conflicts of the son of the victim's uncle Sehar and Shkëlzen Xhenje, who are well-known names for the police of Shkodra, while the second line where they are investigating the blue Shkodra is that of the murder of Ismet Čekorje.

Although there is no concrete evidence, the investigators of the case suspect that the victim was involved in this event, this is also related to the proximity of the residences of the two families Čekorja and Xhenje, residents of the Guerrile neighborhood in the city of Shkodra.

However, despite the raised suspicions and clues, the Shkodra police still does not have a single person charged for this event, except for the witnesses who were present on Sunday night at the bar where 19-year-old Erjon Xhenje was executed.
