The teachers and students of the 9-year-old school 'Rrubjekë' in Durrës are saddened. The death of the director, Ornela Gjeci, who lost her life after being electrocuted in the shower left them shocked. With tears in their eyes, family members, students, colleagues and residents of the area bid their last farewell to their director. 

For the students, she was like a second parent, and for her colleagues, she was not the principal, but a friend. Teacher Sonila Domi bursts into tears while talking about her friend.

"We are residents of this area. We knew each other for years, we were born and raised here. She was a teacher at the 9-year-old Maminas school, I was in Rrubjeka. After a few years, she became the principal of the Rrubjeka school. Everyone after a calamity speaks good words, but for him with all his mind, good words live. She was a leader, colleague, very good sister, warm attitude towards parents. We went to school today, to be honest, we didn't do our feet, great sadness at school. School was closed today. We communicated directly with ZVA Shijak and she said she deserves everything to be done to her. The directory was opened, a place for her a bouquet of flowers and her photo. "She was sad at school, but her sweetness was there on the table in the bouquet of flowers we put," said Domi.

she said that she learned the sad news from a parent of a student who called her at before breakfast. 

"A parent of a student picked me up at 6 o'clock, I said it wasn't a joke. According to the words, he took a shower and was electrocuted by the electric discharge. Her husband found her after he returned late from work. He always comes back at 11 o'clock. He brought her to the hospital, but unfortunately she did not survive. "Yesterday was a holiday, but she gathered us here at her house," she continued.

Gjeçi lost his life a day ago after coming into contact with electricity. Her husband sent her urgently to the Durrës hospital, but the 45-year-old woman could not survive. Her husband is part of the Armed Forces and serves in the Border Police of Durrës. While Gjeci taught the subject of History at the 'Rrubjekë' school.
