Yesterday's explosion in Lushnje was felt almost throughout the city.
A few kilometers away from the industrial zone, considerable material damage was caused to business entities and residences.
Some residents, whose houses were damaged by the explosion, called on the state for help. In the video published by tch , they recount the moment of the event, in tears.
One of them says he returned from Greece as soon as he heard the news, fearing for his family.
"I was in Greece and I heard from my family that something unexpected had happened. I left urgently, when I came back I'm glad that God has saved the family, I see the material damage is considerable. You see for yourself, I'm not an expert. My sister informed me first, the internet was disconnected with the family. I found all the people outside, glass everywhere, bars thrown here and there. When I came somewhere in Fier, I told my friend to be careful...", says the resident through tears. "With this state of the house, I could have people killed. God saved them, thank you!", he adds.
Another elderly person states that the tremors caused by the explosion resembled an earthquake.
"We took that little kid, took him to a friend over there. The explosion, boo! When we came out, the smoke suffocated us. We were at home, the bride, the bridegroom, my sister and the old woman. The little boy was just born, 2 months old."
His wife says that they built the house with a loan and now everything is destroyed.
"We would bathe the little child that our bride gave birth to. We entered the kitchen, I and the old man went to the room. Only when it shook like an earthquake did we go outside. Black smoke covered us, we didn't know where to go. The little bride became tromax, became yellow wax, took her to her house. Our body has been shaking since yesterday at lunch, we haven't eaten and we can't sleep. For 30 years, you went to Greece and worked on this house with hard work, credit came in. What does your mother say!! We saved because we had credit. The state should help us because that bomb exploded like an earthquake. It hovered over our heads. What can I tell you, mother or son!"
