The court of Elbasan has declared incompetence in the case of Qani Xhafa, the democratic deputy who in 2023, when he was still a candidate, was involved in a road accident, where he is suspected to have been under the influence of alcohol.

The court of Elbasan states that Xhafa should be investigated by the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office.

We remember that Qani Xhafa became a deputy after Luciano Boçi left his mandate to run for mayor of Elbasan. 

Qani Xhafe has been charged with drunk driving in the accident that occurred on March 11, 2023.
