A property investigation launched by the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office has targeted members of the Qoli family in Durrës and Elbasan.

The investigation was prompted by the "Antimafia" law, as Festim Qoli, Petrit Qoli and Agron Qoli, were put under investigation for the charge of "Premeditated murder carried out in cooperation carried out in the form of a "Structured Criminal Group".

"Ora News" learns that BKH officers and SPAK prosecutors are checking every possible asset that has been registered in the name of the Qoli family.

According to the sources, the names Ervis Qoli, Flora Qoli, Agron Qoli, Petrit Qoli, Festim Qoli and other persons related to these citizens were given in the property verification.

In the preliminary verifications, it was found that in the name of Festim Qoli, some assets are registered with the State Cadastre Agency in Durrës.

The investigation has proven that in the name of Festim Qoli there is a business complex in the area of ​​Spitalla in Durrës. This complex consists of a bar-restaurant and a hotel.

Also, in the name of Qoli, a Bar-Cafe business was registered in Tirana, under the name "Bar Mozaik", but currently with suspended activity. At the same time, SPAK has discovered that Petrit Qoli owns a small boat of the brand "BRP-USA" called "Bore".

The investigation has revealed a list of real estate in Durrës, commercial units and vehicles owned by members of the Qoli family. While in the name of Festim Qoli, there is also a gas station.

This business is registered under the name "Classic-DR" and is currently 100 percent owned by Festim Qoli. But the commercial activity of this company is suspended.

Initially, the business was opened on June 20, 2011 by Festim Qoli, and then on March 8, 2012, the hydrocarbon company sold 51 percent of the shares to Fatmira Habil alias Dedaj.

The latter is the mother of Ervis alias Muharrem Dedaj, who was killed in an assassination attempt recorded on June 5, 2012 in Durrës, just 3 months after buying 51 percent of the shares in Qoli fuel.
