Criminal group hacked SPAK! Prosecutors have questioned 72 people, two are being
Arnold Rrokaj and Zambak Gjoni

So far, SPAK has questioned 72 citizens as declarants about the leak of hacked data from three prosecutors' emails and which suspect Arnold Rrokaj distributed to another arrestee, Zambak Gjoni, a former prison official in the country.

While both have been remanded in custody, the Court of Appeal is expected to review their request on April 22, in a closed-door process, where the SPAK order not to publish the data is expected to be reviewed again.

Both are seeking to be released because they say the crime is not dangerous and they are not dangerous. This is rejected by SPAK.

Top Channel has data on the information retrieved from the emails of three prosecutors, who allegedly had not renewed their email passwords, while this loophole was exploited by Rrokaj, a specialist at IMT, who is believed to have, among other things, also retrieved a file for tax evasion against citizen Klodjan Allajbeu and two others against two former officials, under investigation for corruption and abuse of office.

Immediately after obtaining this information, Rrokaj forwarded it to Gjoni, saying "look what I found", while when questioned by the investigation team, Rrokaj insisted that he hacked the emails out of curiosity. Zambak Gjoni, on the other hand, insisted that he did not know the importance of the investigative materials, a version that was rejected by SPAK, as Gjoni is a lawyer and holds a lawyer's license.

While investigations are underway for three offenses: disclosure of secret acts and interference in a computer system, each of the two suspects has appeared in court repentant. It is not yet known whether they will speak further.

SPAK is also investigating a criminal group, to discover who is behind the two arrests./top channel
