Berisha's group request Nikola: Urgent debate in parliament for Ahmatej

Sali Berisha's "Reestablishment" group has sent a request to the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, for the development of a public debate on the case of Arben Ahmetaj.

According to Berisha's group, this affair is so big that it involves government bodies up to Edi Rama.

"The plenary session of Friday, 14.07.2023 took place in violation of the Constitution, which in its Article 73, point 4, provides for discussion and open voting in order for the public opinion to be informed about the positions of each deputy", says the announcement.

Each deputy has the right to debate for 10 minutes. The list of speakers for the Motion with Debate must necessarily start with the deputies initiating the Motion with Debate, and other speakers or debaters can then follow.
