Today, the Tirana court ordered "prison arrest" for 31-year-old Gleard Gusholli, who was arrested for violence and hostage-taking of his girlfriend.

For the brother-in-law and his three friends, more specifically the citizens Bledi Kateshi, Erlin Kateshi, Besmir Nurçellari and Arjan Sheta, the court has set the security measure "obligation to appear".

Bledi Kateshi and Erlind Kateshi are accused of helping the perpetrator leave the scene. While Arjan Sheta and Besmir Nurçellari are accused of not reporting a crime and hiding evidence.

During today's session, the 31-year-old's lawyers requested a lighter security measure for their client, claiming that Gleard Gusholli, in a period of 6 months, regularly consumed antidepressants, which, according to them, has caused him to not be sober. in the actions he committed towards his girlfriend.

Another claim raised by the lawyers was mutual violence, so Glerad Gusholli's defense claims that the girl also raped the 31-year-old since both were under the influence of narcotics.

Gleard Gusholli was arrested two days ago after torturing and holding his 28-year-old roommate hostage for a week.

The latter stated yesterday to the media that she had tried to commit suicide several times, but he did not allow her to suffer from kicks, punches and the leg of a chair or even cuts with a knife. According to her, he also pressured her that he would kill her parents in Germany or that he would publish her nude photos on the Internet.

In her testimony, the 28-year-old admitted that she had consumed the narcotic substance cocaine, but under duress and pressure from the 31-year-old.
