The Administrative Court has decided to reinstate the Secretary General of the Municipality of Tirana, declaring the dismissal orders absolutely invalid.

According to the court, the dismissal was carried out in flagrant violation of the law, constituting a serious violation of legal and procedural standards.

The court decision has immediate effect and is mandatory for implementation, fully restoring the previous legal situation.

The former Secretary General, Alban Dokushi, is a lawyer with extensive experience in the field of jurisprudence and has held a number of important positions in public administration, being recognized for his professionalism and institutional integrity.

This decision constitutes another clear precedent in defense of legality and the rule of law in public administration.
