The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime decided to disqualify lawyer Detar Hysi as Laert Haxhiu 's defense counsel .

The lawyer, Detar Hysi, in the session of November 17, asked the court to accept his request for renouncing the representation of Laert Haxhiu, arguing that the latter does not want to be defended by the lawyer Hysi.

Likewise, according to the lawyer, the family members of the 32-year-old do not agree that he should represent Laert Haxhiu.

The two lawyers appointed mainly by the court, Elvis Gorishti and Artan Simonin, again asked for time to familiarize themselves with the acts of the file.

The hearing was adjourned to December 18 at 11:00. The court reported that the hearings for Laert Haxhiu will be held every Monday at 11:00.

Laert Haxhiu has been charged and declared an international wanted by the GJKKO for the massacre of Lushnja in 2017, where they killed Zamir Latifi and Jurgen Hoxha, but the target, Xjulio Shkurti, the nephew of Aldo Bare, the head of the Lushnja gang, escaped.

GJKKO has sentenced to life imprisonment Orgest Bilbili and Anterio Kaloshi, found guilty of the murder of Zamir Latif and Jurgen Hoxha, as well as the wounding of Bujar Turku and Marius Xhepexhi, in Lushnja in 2017.

In fact, after the sensational massacres and demonstrative killings in Lushnje, Laert Haxhiu was not suspected of any of the crimes uncovered in recent days, except for the murder of Elton Mermal.

Among the persons pointed out by Laert Haxhiu was SPAK prosecutor Doloreza Musabelliu, who is in charge of his case.

The penitent justice has managed to reveal the assassination that was being planned against SPAK prosecutor Doloreza Musabelli.

Tafani, part of Laert Haxhiu's gang, has stated that a plan was being hatched to 'get rid of' Musabelliu as well as Lushnja prosecutor Merita Selimi and lawyer Adriatik Doga.

"We followed them. Laerti wanted to attack Doloreza Musabelli, as she was the prosecutor of his case in SPAK. This prosecutor had sentenced Laerti's friend Orgest Bilbili and Anterio Kaloshi to life imprisonment. We have also kept their families under observation. Laerti claimed that he had nothing to do with the incident and that this prosecutor was playing a trick on him. He was obsessed with killing the prosecutor or someone close to the family.

We took pictures of the prosecutor, the lawyer husband and the children. Laerti said that we should first send the children's photos to the prosecutor's husband to see what impact and reaction it would bring" , said the repentant Tafani.

Laert Haxhi's soldier, who was arrested on September 23 in a hotel after robbing an exchange in Astir on June 24, discovered 6 murders committed by the group of the author of the Lushnja massacre.

The murders committed by Laert Haxhiu's group, according to the police:

Çajup Selimi,  which happened on 01.06.2021, in the city of Tepelena, with suspected perpetrators:

– Laert Haxhiu, 31 years old, born in Lushnja;
– Artan (Marjus) Tafani, 39 years old, born in Lushnja;
– Erisiano Abedini, 32 years old, resident of Tepelena;
– Lulzim Spahija (Arab), 28 years old, born in Lushnja;
– Ligor Romacka, 31 years old, born in Korça;
- Bujar Abedini, 49 years old, resident of Tepelena.

Fridman Xhaferaj,  which happened on 02.06.2021 (ascertained on 13.06.2021), in the city of Korça, with suspected perpetrators:

– Laert Haxhiu, 31 years old, born in Lushnje;
– Artan (Marjus) Tafani, 39 years old, born in Lushnja;
– Lulzim Spahija (Arab), 28 years old, born in Lushnja;
– Ligor Romacka, 31 years old, born in Korça;
– Maringlen Topuzi, 37 years old, resident of Pogradec;
– Bledar Berberi, 34 years old, resident of Pogradec;
- Idriz Manej, 58 years old, born in Ktosh.

Alban Semaku (Elton Mermali),  which happened on 16.10.2021, in the city of Peqin, with suspected perpetrators:

-Laert Haxhiu, 31 years old, born in Lushnja;
- Artan (Marjus) Tafani, 39 years old, born in Lushnja;
- Lulzim Spahija (Arab), 28 years old, born in Lushnja.

Albi (Dijonist) Bashaliu,  for blood feud that happened on 27.12.2021, in the village of Gjocaj, Peqin, with suspected perpetrators:

– Laert Haxhiu, 31 years old, born in Lushnja;
– Artan (Marjus) Tafani, 39 years old, born in Lushnja;
– Lulzim Spahija (Arab), 28 years old, born in Lushnja;
– Lorenc Lala (alias Ilir Lamberti, alias Kristian Lala), 36 years old, resident in Lushnja;
– Enriko Xhahysa, 23 years old, resident of Gjocaj, Peqin;
– Bledar Berberi, 34 years old, resident of Pogradec.

Also, from the conducted investigations, there are doubts that Laert Haxhiu is the organizer and orderer of 2 murders committed in Athens:

• Lulzim Qorri, which happened in December 2018, on "Kritis" street, "Omonia" square, Athens;

• Dikenc Halili, which happened in October 2021, in his bar, in the "Kriso" neighborhood, Athens.
