The General Director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, was in Lezhë today. He participated in the commemorative ceremony within the one-year anniversary of the death of the Martyr of the Motherland, Deputy Commissioner Saimir Hoxha.
At the end of the ceremony, journalists tried to get a statement about the latest investigations into the most sensational file of the moment, the mysterious disappearance of Ervis Martinaj.
But as soon as one of the journalists mentioned Martinaj's name and continued with the question, Rrumbullaku left, refusing to speak.
A few days ago, Prime Minister Edi Rama, Interior Minister Bledi Çuçi and Police Director Muhamet Rrumbullaku declared that the Police will only speak when they have facts and evidence.
