An operation carried out by the Tirana police led to the arrest of a 42-year-old man from Bulqiza.

Mirdash Osmani was filmed by security cameras stealing a vehicle in Tirana. He is not an unknown name to the police.

On January 7, 2021, Omsani was arrested for at least eight vehicle thefts throughout 2020.

The evidence obtained showed that he studied the places and vehicles he stole, operated late at night, creating conditions and cutting off the electric lighting of the places where these vehicles were parked.

Afterwards, he transported them to his service in the village of Gjorica where he dismantled them and sold them for parts. He was arrested in 2015 for attempted murder.

According to the police, Osmani had ordered 3 hitmen with the initials BL, L.XH and V.C, to execute a person with the initials FA with whom he had conflicts.

While on March 15, 2019, Osmani was injured with a firearm in Bulqiza by Malvin Skara, who was arrested on November 7, 2020.
