Florian Binjaku will be the candidate for members of the High Prosecution Council from the faculty of the Faculty of Law and the School of Magistrates.

He was chosen after the lottery cast by the Law Commission and the list consisted of 4 candidates, Arta Mandro, Kreshnik Myftari, Florjan Bjanku and Juliana Bylykbashi. It was the PD deputy, Gazment Bardhi, who pulled one of the ballots and Florian Bjanku was elected.

The chairwoman of the law commission, Klotilda Bushka, also explained the procedure that will be followed in the Parliament.

"Florjan Bjanku is the result of the lottery as an elected member of the KLP. The list will go to the plenary session in which a qualified majority vote will be required. If this majority is not reached, we will return again with a lottery process in the subcommittee. If it fails the second time, it will be the third time. In the third time, the candidate who comes out of the lottery, even if he does not get the sufficient quorum in the Parliament, will be considered as an elected member of the KLP", said Bushka.
