3 people have been arrested in Gjirokastër, where Ylli Qëndro was transporting narcotics, with a " Toyota Yaris " type car, and two others, Mikel Leskaj and Afrim Leskaj , were controlling the road with another "Ford" type vehicle.

In the " Toyota Yaris " type vehicle , during the control, 5.25 kilograms of suspected cannabis narcotics were found in the trunk.

Narcotics, 2 vehicles and 5 mobile phones were seized as material evidence.

After several months of investigations with proactive methods, the coded police operation "Order" is finalized. 5.25 kilograms of cannabis are seized.

The 47-year-old man was caught red-handed transporting narcotics in a vehicle.

2 other citizens who were checking the road, with another vehicle, to signal the 47-year-old, about the presence of Police services, were also handcuffed.

Following successive strikes against the criminal activities of the production and sale of narcotics, as a result of a criminal proceeding followed with proactive methods, for several months, the specialists for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic and Narcotics, in cooperation with the Operational Section, DVP Gjirokastër, successfully organized and finalized the coded police operation "Order", in the framework of which citizens were caught and arrested red-handed:

- YQ, 47 years old , resident of Stjar village, Delvinë;

- ML, 32 years old , resident in the village of Çepun, Gjirokastër;

- AL, 38 years old, resident of Zhulat village, Gjirokastër.

During the operation, the Police services stopped the "Toyota Yaris" type vehicle, driven by citizen YQ, in the place called "Kthesa e village Kodër", Gjirokastër. During the search of this vehicle, the Police services found in the trunk, 5.25 kilograms of suspected narcotic cannabis, allegedly being transported for sale.

Also, the Police services have stopped the "Ford" type vehicle with the driver, citizen ML, and passenger, citizen AL, who were controlling the road, in order to signal citizen YQ, about the presence of Police services on the road.

Narcotics, 2 vehicles and 5 mobile phones were seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Gjirokastër, for further actions.
