Former communications director Erion Tela, invited to Breaking on Top News, spoke about the relationship between Princ Leka and Elia Zaharia.

According to him, the conflicts had started a long time ago.

"Prince Leka and Mrs. Zaharia had not consummated their marriage for a long time, even though they lived under the same roof, for 1 and a half years. There were many conflicts and most of them were instigated by Mrs. Zaharia, because the weight as a princess was big and she's starting to feel it. Mrs. Zaharia was living a dream, she was meeting with queens, kings and princes, presidents of states and these want commitment. Because there is a protocol, there is a time that passes and all this time to make this worldly life leave the professional life behind. This is my opinion, I think these were the beginnings of the conflict.

Leka is very generous and we Albanians misuse her. The Zaharia family was all stationed at that house, they lived there, they had a lot of attention. Because we all met the prince, but we also met his father-in-law. So he got our attention, which he didn't deserve, because we know who Mr. Zaharia was before communism and after. Every time we met the prince, he was there as a spathi fan. I think he caused this whole situation. Yllka was not involved in this conflict at all, but played the role of a good grandmother" 

How is the relationship with the girl?

It is a loving father, an intense relationship and we can say that he raised her with the girl, more than Mrs. Zaharia and her grandparents. From what I've seen, his relationship with the girl is great.
