The story of Luiz Ejlli is the story of thousands of ordinary young men and women of this country, who lived in the Albanian-speaking democracy. With the only and rare change, that Luiz's story had a "happy-end". Luiz Ejlli is today the most well-known Albanian and commented by everyone, inside and outside the borders, including the diaspora and Kosovo.
Admired by a million-strong majority whose passion would surely surpass even the most ardent supporters of all political parties combined, Ejlli cannot even imagine (until Sunday) what influence and power the life story of to millions of young men and women, ordinary people, ordinary people.
He showed his life of 37 years in sobs and tears on Saturday night, as if to seal in everyone's heart, the call: Change my fate, people!
Luiz Ejlli comes from a simple Shkodra family, born in a city with a lot of art, history and suffering. As the son of thousands of ordinary Albanian families, he grew up suffering in the democracy of '91, '97 and all the years that brought the 21st century. He tried to build a life within art, song, music. He somehow managed to win a competition - the 44th RTSH Festival and participate in another one, Eurovision 2006.
But art in Albania does not give you "bread" except for prices. He made a compromise with love mixed with power, when he became the "son-in-law of Jozefina", the tough politician of the Democratic Party, who is remembered for the expression, but also the behavior, "Catch her by the collar and take her out".
Luizi in his confession showed that the separation with Jozefina's daughter ended in a great loneliness and defeat, in a car seat, with 37 thousand lek in his pocket, without a home and then, without a job, practically driven out of the country , from a life of 10 years.
The fate of how many young Albanians in their 20s, 30s or 40s has been marked by the story of Luiz Ejlli? Talented, disappointed in love and life, unemployed, trampled and devalued by society and "democracy"?
Luizi showed the youth and society that he was drowning in debt, so he desperately wants the prize, for a new beginning, a new life. To create a family, a shelter of his own, without the loop of debt and without the compromise of the old "collovar" title. Of course, the youth is going 'on a rampage' making him the winner with unbridled messages and support. The politics of both sides are afraid to stop and swallow him. It is guarding with fear until Sunday... that the "Luiz" phenomenon could be a fatal blow for them. He can accuse!
Today, we will accuse in his name. Caught in the clutches of "Iute", Luiz Ejlli is one of the thousands of victims of microcredit activity in Albania. In debt of 2 million old lek due to a microloan , Luiz's bank account has been blocked since April 7, leaving him without a single lek until December 24, 2022, when Big Brother opened an "account" for him with a blank check …
Sources from the Raiffeisen bank tell DITA that the seized accounts like Luiz Ejlli's are in the thousands, filled with the names of young men and women from all the villages and cities of Albania. They are blocked due to consumer loan debts that are easily obtained online, with just an identity card, especially at Iute.
Iute's microloans range in value from 200 thousand to 1 million old lek, with a term of 1 to 36 months, which "Louises" usually take for emergency needs, unexpected problems, but also purchases in business centers, electrical appliances stores or phones. For 2022 alone, there are more than 15,000 individual accounts seized just for the interest of Iutes, the bank source claims. These microloans are applied in stores, or through the many kiosks that have opened everywhere in Albania.
Luiz Aylli will tell his case in detail when it comes out. He will tell his people how much money he got from Jute, what trouble he had, how much he paid and if he knew he would pay many times over in the end.
If he knew that a trial was held against him in Tirana, on March 25, 2021, when the Court issued an execution order for him to pay, how much lek? If he knew that "Iute" sold his loan to another microfinance named "Final". If he knew that "Final" appointed another company "ADCA" to collect his debt and, if he knew that a bailiff had blocked his accounts for the serial debt, 208 thousand old lek!
Dozens of young people like Luiz Ejlli have been lied to, deceived, violated by the big fraud with microcredits, they have been seriously infected by this virus. A virus bigger than the Pandemic, competing for suffering and consequences, the terrible fraud of pyramid firms in the years 1994-1997.
In the last three years, dozens of "Iute" microcredit kiosks and online applications have been filled with young Albanians, poor family members from cities and villages, the impossible, the desperate, drowning in previous debts, to buy a washing machine. , who a 'phone', someone applies for medicine or gifts.
Many of them to liquidate the previous month in food debt. All together entered into the big circle of usury-microcredits, circle created and allowed to function as part of the Albanian financial system, under the nose of our authorities. With their permission?!
Every day, beautiful, shiny advertisements encourage microloans. They invite through the media to get into the sweet trap, into usurious debt, which then produces painful, sad, often tragic stories, especially for young people who will not all be "winners" of a Big Brother, like Louise Aile.
"Iutecredit Albania" and sister kiosks give money for "7 minutes", with only an identity card, to the needy, especially young men and women who are not yet used to the "tricks" of life, without giving them any comprehensible information about the cost of these loans, for the risk, the real and hidden interests, deceiving them exactly in the ignorance that each of us has, about financial knowledge.
Dozens of emigration stories are related precisely to the impossibility of repaying these microloans in Albania. Dozens of young people enter the history of no return, ending in demoralization about their future, hatred for the place they were born, even hateful thoughts about the family or extreme suicidal behavior.
The media has written and shouted a lot in the paper, online and broadcasts about the fraudsters who sell and buy microloans for a long time. We remember the last few years when media investigations exposed the microcredit fraud scheme created by MCA – ADCA, ZIG and STAR.
"Iutecredit Albania" and "Final", precisely at the height of these public denunciations and "intensive" investigations, raised their empire by raising the pirate flag of usury and fraud.
IuteCredit, headquartered in Tallinn, distant Estonia, a country with 1.2 million inhabitants, came and created IuteCredit Albania in 2016 in Albania, appointing the Albanian with an African name, Akan Ajdin, as the director and deputy of multi-million interests.
Estonians Tarmo Sild and Allar Niinepuu came to Albania, as well as to Kosovo and Bosnia Herzegovina. They extended into Macedonia and Moldavia as well, after Baltic countries such as Latvia and Lithuania, the Estonians of Jute ceremoniously drove them out. The Central Bank of Kosovo did the same in 2019, when it closed Iutecredit Kosova, after calling it a threat to the country's national security and casting doubt on the connections of Latvian entrepreneurs with people involved in money laundering activities.

The Court of International Arbitration ruled in favor of the Central Bank of Kosovo in 2022, when the Iutecredit-Europe Group sued Kosovo.
The State Bank of Bosnia has imposed a series of sanctions and limits throughout the year 2022 for Iutecredit Bosnia, preparing the legal acts for its closure in this country as well as in Kosovo.
What does Albania do? What about the Bank of Albania? What about the law enforcement authorities? Why are they silent? Where is the new Justice? Where are the "terrible" Prosecutors of SPAK?
"Iutecredit" in Kosovo was publicly banned from granting loans and was ceremoniously kicked out by the authority of the Central Bank of Kosovo. The same "lutecredit", with the same group of Estonians, continues quietly and without any concern in Albania.
The governor of the Bank of Kosovo told his public opinion three years ago that a microcredit company (Iutecredit) was being closed that had applied extremely high loan interest rates and outside of any standard allowed for the common people.
What about in Albania? Should "Louise Aylli" come out and talk about this scandal of popular proportions?
Akan exposed a bitter truth that the serious banking system in Albania has completed its mission, leaving the baton to microcredit fraudsters. Akan did not tell the deputies (and they did not ask him) the truth about how Iute gives loans, and then sells them to Final and Microcredit Albania, within a closed circuit and mafia scheme, where a refrigerator, mobile phone, watch , or a laptop taken on loan at Iute, turns into a nightmare and economic ruin at Final or MCA, when the ADCA fine knocks on their door.
Akan Ajdin did not tell the deputies (and they did not ask him), the truth about how many of the 12,000 loans per month are returned by Albanians and how many end up in court. How much are sold? How many are multiplied and how are they then required. How deep is the hole that Iutecredit and its sisters have created in the lives of Albanians.
Akan Ajdin did not tell the deputies that behind Final, which buys the debts of Iute, is the owner of this microfinance company, the infamous fraudster, Arben Meskuti. Denounced by all the media, the tax authorities and the Ministry of Justice, Meskuti continues his business with Ajdin, despite the fact that he has taken thousands of Albanian families by the neck, with the Zig enforcement and today with the Final microcredit.
The last victim is the beniamin of millions of Albanians. Let Louis Aile be the one who will speak his truth when he comes out, for everyone...
Let him be the one who will open the door and tell about this big fraud that has brought the Albanian youth to its knees. He no longer needs to liquidate the 2 million of Iute or Final, because there will be plenty of money, but only to tell his truth!/ DITA
