The Tirana Prosecution Office closes the investigation into the Lebanese, Fadi Alwan, accused of the murder of his daughter, Rayyan Alwan, 22 years old.

He will be charged in absentia with the charge of murder in qualifying circumstances due to family circumstances. The prosecution received from Germany the letter of request where the testimony of the victim's mother and her relatives should be taken. But in their testimony, the relatives of the girl who was killed in Tirana in February 2025 did not bring any new information of interest to the investigation.
