The moment when the explosives are placed in the bar in Shkodër

This is the moment when the explosive is placed on a business in Shkodër.

In the video of the security cameras, it can be seen that two people approach and on the sidewalk they prepare the explosive by igniting it.

According to the police, the explosive was produced in an artisanal way.

In front of the bar, the perpetrators light it and with it in hand they go to the business.

The owner of the bar was asleep and did not notice anything. When he woke up around 5 o'clock he saw the damage caused by the explosion.

Meanwhile, he affirmed that he has no conflicts with any person and that he does not know who may have put the tritol on him, while the explosive substance is suspected to have been a warning to him.

In the official announcement, the police said that the incident happened around 05:50 this morning. Citizen Fran Kolbuçaj, 65 years old, resident of "Skënderbeg" neighborhood, Shkodër, announced that when he went to open his business (bar-cafe), he found the glass door of this business broken.

From the preliminary actions carried out by the investigative group, it is suspected that a small amount of explosive material (artisanally produced mountain ammonite) was thrown in front of the door of this bar.

The investigative group, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, continues the work at the scene in order to clarify the circumstances of this event, as well as to identify and capture the author/s.
