Other details are revealed from the tragic accident in Saranda that took the lives of two sisters, aged 20 and 22. The young man Kevin Nora who crashed into the two sisters' vehicle is said to have been driving while intoxicated.

The two vehicles collided head-on and the accident resulted in tragedy for the two sisters Elvisa and Rozina Dhimaku, who lost their lives. Meanwhile, passenger Antonela Zhupa, 24, who was traveling with the two sisters, is in serious condition at the Trauma Hospital.
