Once they were prison mates, the author of the knife murder in Durrës is
Ilir Kocilja and Halil Koka

The perpetrator of the knife murder was arrested today in the city of Durrës. 34-year-old Ilir Kocilja was caught by the police near the scene.

He shot 47-year-old Halil Koka with a knife, who died during transport by ambulance to the hospital.

The quarrel started in district 4 of the city of Durrës, for parking the car, as well as for a debt, and ended tragically.

The perpetrator and the victim were neighbors, and were once cellmates in prison, arrested for illegal possession of weapons and drugs.

The author, according to neighbors, had mental problems, and had even been admitted to the Psychiatric Hospital of Elbasan.
