The Durrës Court has ordered the security measure of "arrest in prison" for a period of 45 days for Florian Habilaj and Enold Dragoti, arrested after raping an 18-year-old waiter in Mal i Robi, Golem.

According to the indictment, the young man was raped after demanding his salary for work done at the hotel. The two arrested are accused by the Prosecution of " intentional serious injury " .

After the court's decision, their lawyer, Altin Sinella, disputed the accusation and described the incident as an ordinary quarrel.

"They gave him a 45-day deadline to analyze the forensic expertise, which is actually a farce, it's fabricated. There are minor superficial injuries, but to motivate the arrest they were accused of serious injury. It's a common beating. A fight between young people ," the lawyer declared.

In his statement after the end of the court session, lawyer Sinella, although he said that the 18-year-old had provoked the two arrested, admitted that he was not "very clear" about the dynamics of the event.

"The victim provoked them, they returned fire. They had a verbal argument, he provoked them and they returned fire. I'm not very clear about the incident. The victim holds a different position from the arrested. One has his own version, the other his own. Who is the most credible will come out on the street," he said.

The lawyer also claimed that both parties were physically harmed by the conflict.

"Nobody likes to make a fuss. They are disappointed with the actions. Both sides have been physically damaged, no decision has been made for one, and they have gone to extremes for the other ," he declared.
