Alban Bejo and Fatmir Bejo are the two brothers who took Gjergji Fela by force in Kombinat, on "Besim Alla" street, because of a debt.

The arrested author Alban Bejo claims that Gjergj Fela owes him 25 thousand euros . Fela is a businessman in the field of construction.

Both of these people, in cooperation with each other, forcibly took the businessman Gjergj Felaj into the car and raped him with the claim that the latter owed them a large sum of money.

The hostage-taking took place in the parking lot of a bar, while the police continue with the search for the capture of the 28-year-old who participated in the hostage-taking.
