The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime has upheld the sentence of 13 years in prison for Gjevi Ndoka. The latter was sentenced because he is accused of alienating properties on the coast of Shengjin.

Previously, along with Gjevi Ndoka, Mimoza Ndoka was also convicted. They are the brother and sister of the former deputy of the Socialist Party in Lezhë, Arben Ndoka, while assets worth 55 million euros have been seized. It is about 300,000 square meters in 75 different properties that are already transferred to the state.

List of convicts:

Gjevi Ndoka was sentenced to 6 years and 8 months in prison, his sentence is 11 years in prison, which will be served in a high security prison.

Mimoza Ndoka was sentenced to 1 year and 4 months, on probation, while with the appeal decision he is sentenced to 5 years and 4 months in prison, which will be served in a regular security prison.

Emanuel Gjura was sentenced to 4 years and 8 months in prison, while it is changed to a sentence of 6 years in prison, which will be served in a high security prison.

Zef Lazri was in prison for 8 months, he is sentenced to 4 years and 8 months in prison, which will be served in a high security prison.

Blendi Ndoka was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison, he is sentenced to 6 years and 8 months in prison, which will be served in a high security prison.

Luigj Paloka 4 years and 8 months in prison, suspended, the sentence goes to 5 years in prison, which will be served in a regular security prison.

Paulin Simoni was 3 years and 4 months in prison, he is sentenced to 3 years and 8 months in prison, which will be served in a regular security prison.

Vlash Gaxulli was sentenced to 2 years in prison, suspended, 2 years and 8 months in prison, which will be served in a regular security prison.

Genc Zeneli was imprisoned for 2 years, on condition, he is sentenced to 2 (two) years and 4 (four) months of imprisonment, which will be served in a regular security prison.

Col. Lleshi was sentenced to 2 years in prison, on probation, and is sentenced to 2 years and 4 months in prison, which will be served in a regular security prison.

Marjeta Përskura is sentenced to 1 year and 8 months of imprisonment, which will be served in a regular security prison.
