It is learned that the Kosovar police have arrested the owner of the bar, Dibran Hoxhaj, otherwise known as "Cobra", as the suspected author of the crime where Rufgen Shehu was also injured, while 5 other people were also accompanied.

It is learned that the conflict initially started as a physical conflict and when the victim and his two friends went to the car to leave the country, Dibran Hoxhaj pulled out his gun and shot at them.

Cengu lost his life on the way to the hospital, while Shehu, who received several injuries, is in the Kukes hospital.

Arben Basha, who was the driver of the car, was not injured, while it remains unclear why he took the injured to the Kukes hospital and not to the Prizren hospital.

Dibran Hoxhaj was previously convicted for murder, drug trafficking and physical fighting in Prizren
