The official of the Directorate of Education in the Municipality of Prizren in Kosovo , Elbasan Shoshaj , has been involved in a conflict with a 60-year-old Albanian immigrant in Italy.

Shoshaj is being accused of blackmailing the 60-year-old Albanian woman with whom he had a love affair.

Her story reveals their relationship, which started as 'crazy love' and ended in violence, theft and blackmail.

The woman who created a love relationship with Shoshaj stated in a show that she met him three times, after they had communicated through social networks for about 1 year.

In their meetings, she confessed that something happened to her that she did not expect, for which she had sought the help of the Police in Albania, but that she had not succeeded in prosecuting her after she returned to Italy.

The 60-year-old told how she left her husband and then married an elderly Italian, but after a while she got to know Shoshaj.

She accuses him of stealing her money when they met, and even shared all the pictures she had sent him, but also filmed her naked.

The first meeting between them took place in Albania, where they stayed together in a hotel in Tirana, but before she returned to Italy, she says that she also faced violence.

"In August, I went to Albania and said I would meet him, get to know him. Everything happened there. This one was crazy about me. After a year, we had our first meeting. I didn't know him as a person. We stayed together in a hotel in Tirana. The last week I was going to leave, he stole my money, destroyed my suitcases, cut my clothes, my shorts. He took everything from me and fled to Prizren. Then it came again. He blackmailed me, raped me because he wanted to sleep in the room with me. He took my phone, fled to Prizren. He took pictures of me naked, in the shower, I'm going crazy. He took my photos and shared them. This event happened in August 2023."

The woman in question had reported the case to the Police in Albania, but stated that she did not manage to deal with the case after she went to the Italian state again.

However, she confesses that she decided to go to Prizren after a while, where she said she stayed for a few days.

"I took the Police, but I had a week to return. I left it and came to Italy. But he continued. Then I went to Prizren and stayed for 4-5 days, I took the phone and some things. I had 900 euros and he took it from me so that he could keep it. He treated me very badly. I was also in love... We met three times. He destroyed me, filmed me in the room, nude... and shared them everywhere. He is a crazy one...".
