Another criminal file has been discovered, where the character turns out to be the cold-blooded killer of three women in Tirana, Dan Hutra.

It is about a criminal case opened by the prosecution of Durrës, a file which continues to be in the trial process on the merits.

This issue shows the killer, Dan Hutra, as an ordinary thief. A character who sneaks into chicken coops at night, looking to steal them. The case was registered in district No. 15 in Durrës, where Hutra entered a coop, and began to catch and tie the chickens with plastic strings.

For this crime, Dan Hutra spent only 2 days in prison, as it is stated in the investigation file, he was released by the Durrës court in February 2022 with the security measure of "obligation to report to the police".

Hutra has never appeared in this trial since on June 16, 2022 he was detained in Tirana, on the charge of "Domestic Violence."

According to the investigation file, the incident happened on January 31, 2022, after Orjol Shuli found that a person had entered the coop where he keeps chickens. Shuli heard a noise and when he went to the cottage he saw the person who ran away.

Immediately, around 03:40 in the morning, he asked for the help of the police officers, explaining that he was confronted by an unknown person, but that he ran away through the neighborhood.

Orjol Shuli also explained the physical characteristics of the author. The police patrol, after making contact, found that in front of his apartment there was a Benz vehicle with license plate AB112AF, which had the key in the frame and a phone in the trunk.

Suspecting that the vehicle belonged to the author, the patrol searched and found a person, who was located about 500 m away from the scene.

The person has been identified as Dan Hutra, a resident of Kukës, who has confirmed to the patrol officers that the parked vehicle was his.

Also, Dan Hutra's characteristics matched the victim's explanation of the perpetrator of the theft. After the investigation, it was found that inside the box there were some strings of blue and white twine with a length of about 2 m, similar to those found in the vehicle with license plate AB112AF.

Orjol Shuli has stated that the author Dan Hutra had tied a chicken with some plastic threads in the coop, which he left in the coop, when he ran away.

The seized items, the vehicle and the documents were not stolen, but have been returned to the person belonging to Altin Bytyqi.

Meanwhile, Dan Huta has denied being the author of the theft of the chickens. He has no documentation for the use of the vehicle and according to him he came from Kukësi for his needs and the vehicle belongs to the citizen Altin Bytyqi who is abroad./OraNews
