Ervi Martinaj has not responded to this message sent by Gjin Ndoj, but clearly according to the content the parties have finally separated from each other.

Në orën 00:02 të datës 9 gusht 2020, Behar Brajoviq ka komunikuar me Edmond Prekën për të organizuar ikjen nga vendi ku do kryhej vrasja. Behari i ka kërkuar Edmondit ta presë në orën 3 të mëngjesit tek rruga ku lidhet Velipoja në Torovicë, pasi do kryej vrasjen dhe do shkoj në këmbë deri tek ura.

Edmondi i ka treguar se do dërgonte dikë tjetër pasi vetë ndodhej në Korçë dhe i tregon se për të shkuar deri në pikën ku kërkonte Behari duhej fuoristradë dhe nuk kalon makina e vogël por ka edhe një rrugë tjetër nga Trushi.

Edmondi ka dërguar një lidhje të tij në biseda e thërrasin “Zeqo” i cili ka patur detyrë të marrë personat që kanë kryer vrasjen e Gjin Ndojit dhe t’i strehojë.

Denis Brajoviq, në dijeni të planit për vrasjen e Gjin Ndojit, në orën 00:27 ka komunikuar me Ervis Martinaj dhe i ka thënë që nuk do kishte telefon me vete dhe se do dilte në këtë orë dhe Ervisi të priste njoftimin në televizion për vrasjen e Gjin Ndojit.

Pas kësaj Denis Brajoviq rreth orës 01:00 të 9 gusht 2020, ka shkuar për te Behar Brajoviq të cilin e ka njoftuar në SkyECC se po shkonte për tek ai.

Behari në 01:33, i ka shkruar Edmond Prekës dhe e ka vënë në dijeni se për 40 minuta kryen punë, ku Edmondi i shkruan: “…ishalla, don zoti i madh…” dhe njëkohësisht lajmërimi i Behar Brajoviq ka qenë që Edmondi të rakordoj me “Zeqon” për të qenë në pikë takim.

Rreth orës 02:00 Denis Brajoviq njofton Behar Brajoviq se Gjin Ndojin e kanë përpara me makinë dhe menjëherë Behari i ka shkruar Edmond Prekës se për 10 minuta kryen vrasjen dhe mos të fle gjumë pasi duhet të njoftonte “Zeqon”.

Denis Brajoviq në 02:02 ka njoftuar Behar Brajoviq se ka vrarë Gjin Ndojin duke i dërguar mesazhet: “…kryvi, jemi në Bushat dhe të na presi aty ai, se jemi afër…” dhe më pas Behari ka komunikuar me Edmondin duke e vënë në dijeni që Gjin Ndoji u vra dhe ti thotë “Zeqos” të jetë gati dhe se Denis Brajoviq dhe personi tjetër i paidentifikuar janë në Bushat, pranë Urës.

Në 02:25, Denis Brajoviq dhe bashkëpunëtori i paidentifikuar janë takuar me “Zeqon” më pas siç del edhe nga komunikimet SkyEÇ ku tregon që u takuan.

Behar Brajoviq në orën 02:24 ka njoftuar Pëllumb Gjokën se Gjin Ndoj u vra dhe se tani pret që Ervis Martinaj të kryej vrasjen e Kleant Musabelli, duke dërguar mesazhin:”…u kry, tani presim atë tëndin, atë që deshti ai u kry, Gjinin deshti ai…” dhe Pëllumbi ja ka kthyer: “……ok vëlla, kjoft me zotin, futja gjumit…”
